DigiBunker is a personal on line Backup Service. Our product focus is only on your media files. We backup and securely store your photos, music, and movies.
Start your account with only a $10.00 minimum starting account balance. DigiBunker automatically Calculates your exact amount of media files you have to store and gives you the full price to store them.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not reflect additional taxes owed, if any. All prices are subject to change without notice and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens.
Billing and Payment:
Only valid credit cards or other payment method acceptable to us may be used and all refunds will be credited to the same card or, in our discretion, other method. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes and any amounts described on the Site) to that card or other method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order or purchase may be suspended or canceled automatically.
When you place an order online with DigiBunker, you authorize your credit or debit card to ensure that sufficient credit is available at the time of purchase. A hold is placed on funds in the amount of your order total until the order is fulfilled.
The time required to remove the authorization, if your order is canceled, is determined by the financial institution that issued your card.
The estimated time needed for the various methods of payment are as follows:
• Visa/MasterCard – 7 days
• Discover – 10 days
• American Express – 30 days
• Debit or check cards – 7 days

Tax:
Orders and/or purchases may be subject to sales tax depending on your location. We reserve the right to add on sales tax to the price of your order or the purchase amount, as required by law.
Refund Policy:
Returns may require identification, proof of purchase, or additional verifiable information to help us locate the purchase in our records. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.
DigiBunker reserves the right to deny any return in its sole discretion.
Termination. DigiBunker may terminate your use of the Site at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, without prior notice to you and without any liability or further obligation of any kind whatsoever to you or any other party.
DigiBunker also reserves the right to use any technological, legal, operational, or other means available to enforce these Terms, including without limitation, blocking specific IP addresses or access to the Site.

Any failure of DigiBunker to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by DigiBunker of any provision of these Terms will be of any force or effect unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of DigiBunker.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, then the provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, there will be no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.
You understand and agree that DigiBunker will determine your compliance with these Terms in its sole discretion. Any violation of these Terms may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
